A big thank you to Stacey Thompson who started the idea and has motivated all of the men on staff to participate by growing a mustache and/or facial hair (NO SHAVING) in November. See more here

- November 1 - the men stop shaving today, all staff wear PJs to kick off the month
- November 2 - Penny Wars for Movember begins (explanation below)
- November 4 - Display case features weekly progress of our Movember Men
- November 30 - Last Day of Movember:
Students/Staff can buy a 'stache for $1, all profit goes to the Movember Foundation,
Awards and Prizes for our Movember Men given at staff meeting

- We will have three large jars labeled with our men's names, divided into teams.
- Team Handlebar (representing 4th grade): Mason, Osborn, T Nguyen, Facey
- Team Chevron (representing 5th grade): Steele, Mosley, Ragland
- Team Fu Manchu (representing 6th grade): Faraj, L Nguyen, Fuller
- Any student, staff member or visitor can drop change or paper bills into the team jar of their choice
- For the game, pennies are worth +1 point each
- Silver coins and paper bills are worth negative points. For example, a quarter is worth -25 points, 1 dollar is worth -100 points and so on.
- The team & grade level with the most points will win a special prize on November 30th.
- All proceeds will benefit the Movember Foundation
