If your child's name has the word "Selected" next to it in the online application, your child has been awarded a seat at KMS for next school year. Congratulations!
STEPS TO COMPLETE FOR NEW STUDENTS
(1) If the selected child is a current DCSD student, please immediately complete the Pre-Registraion Form. If the selected child currently attends a private school or is home schooled, please call our office at 678-874-6602 before filling out the form linked above.
(2) Save the following dates:

New Student & Family Welcome Event
Weeks of July 15-18 and 22 - July 26, 8am to 3pm
Drop off a copy of your child's 2019 Milestones Scores. You'll need to pick them up from your home school first.

(3) If you didn’t come for a tour, please review the information and posted documentation on our Open Enrollment webpage. You’ll find a lot of your questions answered about homework, German, transportation and more.
Waiting List Students
If your child's name has the word "Waiting List" next to it in the online application, your child is currently on the waiting list. We are not able to predict how far we may go down the waiting list. It changes every year. As selected students decline placement, your waiting list # will improve. If your child secures a seat, his/her status will change to "Selected" and you will be contacted by the Magnet Office.
